To assist everyone in achieving financial freedom & developing a new generation of high-class leaders who can effectively manage their organizations.

The Design Challenge

Design a solution that help builds the creditability and perception of Noble’s consultants.
Noble is a social enterprise that focuses on empowering marginalized individuals, especially single mothers of the B40 community, with skills that would make them competent consultants. They believe in the UN’s 2030 Agenda Sustainable Development Goals No. 8 that promotes inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work for all.
Since 2016, Noble have approached several B40 single mothers that they train to be “industry experts” in order to consult potential clientele (this is to create another financial pipeline for these single mothers to sustain). Noble believes that this pool of consultants are competent as they have years of experience gained from their micro-enterprises. However, they have to fight negative perceptions by potentials clients given their economic status and background.

The Proposed Solution

Our solution is to create credibility and to break negative perception facing by Noble Community Consultants in Kelantan.
The aim here was to create personal branding for them, so firstly, we planned to make customized personal brand awareness video for all 3 Noble Community Consultants ( made up of single mother and B40 groups). These videos will helped to express and communicate their skills, personality, hardships and values. Furthermore, we will also help to build their portfolios through creating a website with having their past achievements and biographies on it.
Lastly, we planned to to collaborate with local communities to organize small talks at rural areas of Kelantan as for promoting our Noble Community Consultants and giving them a great exposure too.

How We Did It?

Game Plan

Phase 1 | Planned Activities

Activity:
1. Make go to market strategy with making relevant marketing videos for all 3 mothers (NOBLE Community Consultants). Targeting to have 1 video for each mothers(3 mothers), therefore we are expecting to have 3 promotional videos done before September. In these videos, we will portray their daily livelihood, their work, and recognitions from others.
2. Building website. In the website, portfolios and testimonials of our 3 mothers will be posted. So people could easily contact and assess to their services in the future.
Testimonies were all made in videos, photos of event and etc.
Meantime, we intent to have frequent discussions and meet ups with all stakeholders to ensure good outcomes of our project. Therefore we will be travelling frequently thro and for KL-KB
Deliverable:
1. 3 completed videos.
2. 1 website
3. Relevant stakeholders and paperwork for organizing events.
4. Meeting up with the single mothers from Noble Community Consultants in Kelantan.

Phase 1 | Actual Deliverables

In this 4 weeks, most of our members are taking final exam and we only make an appointment with Noble staff that we chose to make a video about her after we finished our final exam. Actually, this already meet our timeline because for this month, we must meet the single mother face to face to discuss more about this project.

Phase 2 | Planned Activities

Activity:
Organizing 2 Small Interactive Event .
Providing a platform for our mothers to showcase their skills and businesses.
1.
Topic : “Industry Talk and Shows”
Speaker : Lecturers from UMK, Noble Consultants and Noble Community Consultants.
Venue : Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, PC (subject to be changed).
2.
Topic : “Transformasi Ibu Kito”
Speaker : Noble Consultants and Noble Community Consultants.
Venue : Bachok Kampung (subject to be changed).
Deliverable:
1. Organize 2 events for mothers to promote themselves meantime provide better exposure training for them.
2. Continue validating the website created.
3. Advertising our website and Noble Consultants through online marketing with available digital marketing channels such as Insta, FB and Google.
4. Secure collaborations with local communities for the success of organizing events.

Phase 2 | Actual Delivarables
